                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PERSONNEL
                   DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE A PERSONAL SERVICES
                   AGREEMENT WITH WADE JOHNSON RELATIVE TO
                   CONSULTING SERVICES FOR SUPERVISORY TRAINING
                   PROGRAMS DURING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE
                   EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL SYSTEM AT A
                   RATE OF COMPENSATION NOT TO EXCEED TWO
                   THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FIFTY AND NO/100
                   DOLLARS ($2,250.00).
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Personnel Director be and is
       hereby authorized to execute a Personal Services Agreement with
       Wade Johnson relative to training services for the implementation 

       of the Employee Performance Appraisal System at a rate of
       compensation not to exceed $2,250.00 to be paid in three (3) 
equal
       payments on May 7, 1991, May 23, 1991, and June 13, 1991.
